Refund & Cancellation Policies
- As per our policy payments are non refundable and non transferable. However if you wish that you may have ordered the wrong items you may request for the refund by sending us email within 4 business days. A support team member will contact you upon your request and proceed for refund. A refund may be processed by the merchant if the specific product is out of stock, the shipping address is not serviceable, any other reason beyond the control of merchant.
Under Special circumstances payments may be refunded if not in compliant with the laws of the land.
Payments by Credit/Debit Card.
- A refund will be processed and credited back to the original credit/debit card or bank account after prior verification.
Payments by E Payments system or through net banking.
- A refund will be processed and credited back to the original bank account after prior verification.
Payments by Check
- If original payment was drawn on a INR domestic bank, allow eight weeks after your cancellation for your refund to be processed.
- If original payment was made in NON-INR currency funds drawn on a bank outside the India, allow 12 weeks for your refund to be processed.
- CyberTekTTC reserves the right to add or remove online payment methods at its own discretion and without notice.
